Student Housing is a niche product to advertise for, but we produced a video that reached over 1 million views and an enormous amount of unique online engagement.

Sure your nephew does stand up and your cousin owns a camera, but it doesn’t mean they can write comedy and keep the jokes funny through production and editing. If you want something to look and feel like a name brand commercial, you have to hire people who know what they’re doing. Nelson Brothers knew their target audience and their messaging, we took that and creating this video that is engaging, entertaining and pokes fun at grandma. 

As a result, the video gained over 1 million views and was shared over 2,000 times across platforms.
